Steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, nickel, vanadium, titanium, molybdenum, zirconium, and iron at a following ratio of elements, mas.%: carbon 0.8-1.2; silicon 0.3-0.5; manganese 16.0-18.0; nickel 7.0-9.0; vanadium 4.0-6.0; titanium 0.8-1.2; molybdenum 5.0-6.0; zirconium 0.8-1.2, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: producing steel of upgraded strength.
