SUBSTANCE: proposed steel contains, mass %: carbon 1.0-1.5, silicon 0.2-0.6. manganese 8.0-12.0, chromium 0.3-0.8, vanadium 0.8-1.2, titanium 0.5-1.0, nickel 3.5-4.5, nitrogen 0.01-0.03, aluminum 0.1-0.2, zirconium 0.8-1.2, molybdenum 3.5-4.5, the remainder being iron.
EFFECT: increased strength of steel and, consequently, quality and reliability of articles made of steel.
