METHOD FOR DEVELOPING OIL DEPOSIT Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC E21B43/16 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, development of oil deposits confined to the dome-shaped highs and can be used at the final stage of deposit's development. The method provides reduction in material and financial expenditures and increase in efficiency of the oil deposit development. The method includes drilling the injection and producing wells, injecting the operating agent through the injection wells, oil recovery via the producing wells, allocating the areas of the dome-shaped highs exceeding the absolute bed marks, arranging at these areas supplemental wells, even by violating the uniformity of the planned network, with following opening-out of the producing bed above its watered part but below its upper boundary. According to the invention, in the wells located on the top of the dome-shaped highs, the watered part of the opened out producing bed is isolated by chemical reagents and/or grouting mortar which is allowed to solidify. Following solidification of the grouting mortar in the wells, located on the top of the dome-shaped highs, the supplemental opening-out of the producing bed is performed over its watered part but below the upper boundary. After that, the wells are used as producing ones. The other wells connected hydrodynamically with those described above, within the producing bed, are transformed to the injection wells where the operating agent is injected.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil deposit development at reduced material and financial expenditures.
