METHOD OF OIL-POOL DEVELOPMENT Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC E21B43/16 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry, to development of oil pools, related to surface-doming, and can be used at a final stage of oil fields operations. The essence of the invention is as follows: the method includes boring of pressure and producing wells, pumping of a working reagent through pressure wells, oil extraction through producing wells, and selection of surface doming sections exceeding absolute marks of the bed. According to the invention a completely developed payout bed in wells, located at the tops of surface doming, is isolated with chemical reagents and/or backfill solution, which is allowed to harden. Then the backfill solution is bored below the upper boundary of the payout bed. After that the payout bed is stricken at the immediate vicinity from the upper boundary of the payout bed, and the characteristics of the well are used as producing. The rest wells, hydrodynamic connected with the said wells within the boundary of the said payout bed and completely watered are transferred into pressure wells. The working reagent is pumped into them.

EFFECT: reduction of material and financial costs at the implementation of the method with increased efficiency of oil-pool development.
