FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of heating materials and products with use of microwaves energy and can be used in the oil producing and oil processing industries in preparation and transportation of the tank oil, as well as in other fields of the national economy, in technologic processes which require heating non-solid dielectric medium. The method consists in the continuous effect of the microwaves energy from the source of electromagnetic oscillation (EMO) to the PM moving in a pipeline (PL). In the PM input unit, the speed and temperature are measured before the microwaves energy effects. Then, in the PL and at a distance from the input unit more than depth of penetration of the microwaves energy, the following indices are measure: heating temperature - T, density - ρ, specific heat - c, thermal conduction - λ, specific inductive capacity - e, and tangent of angle of PM dielectric loss - tgδ. In terms of the measured indices, the control signal of the EMO source power which affects the PM with oscillation of specified power, is determined. The device designed for the method, contains the unit for microwaves energy input placed at the face of the PL and connected with the EMO source via microwave duct, and the PM input unit placed at the side wall by the unit for microwaves energy input. Into the PM input unit, the first temperature sensor and flow rate measuring unit are installed hermetically. In the PL output and out of electromagnetic field coverage, the second temperature sensor, the first PM bleeding unit which connects simultaneously the PL with the units for measuring density, specific heat, thermal conduction and the specific inductive capacity of the PM, and the second PM bleeding unit which connects simultaneously the units for measuring density, specific heat, thermal conduction and the specific inductive capacity with the PL, are installed. At that, the units for measuring density, specific heat, thermal conduction, the specific inductive capacity, and temperature and flow rate are connected by their interfaces to the EMO source via computer, and the temperature sensors are connected correspondingly with the temperature measuring unit via data flow wires.
EFFECT: computer-based power saving process for microwave processing of liquid water-oil mixture with improved quality of processed medium, is provided.
