FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating by means of electromagnetic micro- and radio-waves, namely may be used for heating pipelines in various branches of national economy and equipment, as well as for protection against freezing of products flowing inside pipelines. Pipelines heating system comprises source of electromagnetic micro-or radio-waves (3) and waveguide (2). Waveguide is made round or rectangular, and by means of transmitting path is connected to the source of electromagnetic micro-or radio-waves, while its other end is closed. Microwave radiation source is switched on/off by the control system containing at least one temperature sensor (5, 6) and control system unit (7).
EFFECT: invention provides additional heating of the waveguide and, consequently, of the pipeline in order to prevent crystallisation of the product.
