FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assemblies for vibration fatigue testing of single-pleated bellows to withstand cyclic axial deformation and bending. Assembly for cyclic single-pleated bellows testing in the mode of automatic oscillations includes coaxial passive and active grips, electromagnetic drive with traction mounted on the frame. Traction is designed to interact with active grip. Assembly also includes control unit for drive, bellow setting units represented with bushing-type item provided with two stages connected to grips. Besides, cylindrical parts of bellow are fixed to larger diameter stages whereas grips are built into smaller diameter stages. Cylindrical parts are fastened by rings made of fibre composite materials produced by reeling, for example, layer-by-layer stacking of glass fibre. Bushing with L-shape cross sections are available between rings and cylindrical parts. Passive grip is represented with collet fixture, and stage for active grip is arranged inside larger diameter stage.
EFFECT: improvement of operation reliability.
