FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing bulk mixed feed with hot granules which have get out from a press-granulator, keeping of moving dense bed of received mix in a heat exchanger, its cooling by air, crushing, fractionating of mixes of bulk mixed feed and ground granules on large, medium and small fractions with the subsequent covering in amalgamator of average fraction by a grease layer and its outputting as finished product, return of large fraction on re-grinding and removal of small fraction on granulation, air cooling in evaporator and its feed in a mode of the closed cycle on cooling of bulk mixed feed and hot granules. Air before its feed on cooling of bulk mixed feed and hot granules is cooled in a heat exchanger-recuperator of ejector refrigerating machine by a heat transfer from a coolant which is a water, to air through dividing wall of heat exchange surface. Thus by using a steam and gas generator with electro-heating elements and a safety valve for reception of operating steam which is directed to ejector nozzle, creating thus lowered pressure and temperature 4...7°C in evaporator of ejector refrigerating machine with feed of coolant steams in heat exchanger-recuperator for air cooling. Formed mix of coolant steams and working steam after ejector with pressure 0.2...0.3 MPa is divided into two flows, one of which is directed to press granulator, and another to condenser for a fat heating. One part of water condensate formed in condenser is fed to evaporator for replenishment of a water decrease. Other part together with condensate formed at air cooling in heat exchanger-recuperator, is output at first in the condensate collection, and then in a steam and gas generator with formation of the closed cycle.
EFFECT: improvement of finished product quality.
