FIELD: agriculture, in particular, automaton of combined feed preparing processes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing bulk combined feed with hot granules; holding movable dense layer of mixture in heat-exchanger; providing air cooling of said mixture; grinding; fractioning ground granules and bulk feed into large-sized, average-sized and small-sized fractions; covering average-sized fraction with fat layer and discharging said layer as ready product; returning large-sized fraction for additional grinding and discharging small-sized fraction for granulation; measuring bulk feed consumption, hot granules consumption and temperature, consumption of large-sized, average-sized and large-sized fractions, flow rate and pressure of steam used for thermal processing of small-sized fraction in granulating press, consumption of air for cooling of mixture including bulk feed and hot granules and influence thereof on steam consumption in granulating press, consumption of air for cooling of said mixture, and consumption of bulk combined feed; after cooling mixture of bulk feed and hot granules, first directing used air to cyclone for removal therefrom of suspended solid mixture particles; directing said air for condensing in two-section evaporator-cooler of thermal pump unit, working and standby sections of which unit working alternatively in condensation and regeneration modes; discharging suspended particles formed after air cleaning from cyclone into granulating press; producing saturated steam with the use of steam generator having electric heating members, feeding pump and safety valve; feeding one part of steam to granulating press and feeding other part of steam for regenerating surface of cooling member of standby section; discharging produced condensate into condensate collector; feeding condensate into steam generator in closed-cycle mode; measuring moisture content of air at inlet and outlet ends of working section of evaporator-cooler, flow rate and temperature of cleaned air, flow rate of saturated steam downstream of steam generator, and also in lines for feeding thereof to granulating press and for regeneration of standby section, and also condensate level in steam generator for controlled switching of working modes, when necessary.

EFFECT: increased precision, reliable process of preparing combined feeds, and improved quality of ready product.
