FIELD: production method of food products.
SUBSTANCE: method stipulates shedding of mutton with mass fraction of fat and connective tissue no more than 20%, its loading in mixer with addition of chickpea, wheat flour, salt, grained black pepper, fresh onion, dill and parsley, fresh water in particular components correlation and agitation. Received mixture is packed and sterilised.
EFFECT: received product has balanced protein-fatty and amino acid content, has improved feed value and selenium content.
