FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of meat-and-vegetable preserves. The meat-and-vegetable pate contains beef liver blanched and milled, mince of cooked garbanzo beans preliminarily soaked, vegetable oil, sauteed bulb onions, culinary food salt, spices, carrageenan, by-products cooking broth. The pate contains spices represented by allspice, black hot pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground cloves at equitable ratios. The pate components are taken at the specified quantity ratio.
EFFECT: invention ensures manufacture of meat-and-vegetable pate with increased protein content and reduced caloric content.
