FIELD: production method of food products.
SUBSTANCE: one prepares receipt components, cuts and fries in oil meat, cuts and sautés in oil onion, cuts and freezes honey peas and dill greens, cuts and blanches tomatoes. Listed components are mixed without access of oxygen with soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Received mixture is packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserves have improved digestibility.
