FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food for space feeding. Manufacturing involves preparation of recipe components, cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing meat, cutting, sautéing in melted butter and mincing onion, freezing and mincing runner beans and parsley. The above components are mixed with soya-sauce, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extract of black pepper. The obtained mix is packed in aluminum tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised. The method allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
