FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: preparation of the recipe components is performed; cutting, roasting in the melted butter and blending meat in a mincer; cutting, browning in the melted butter and blending onions in a mincer; frosting and blending sugar peas and parsley greens in a mincer. The said components are mixed with the soy sauce, bony broth, tomato paste, sodium chloride and carbon dioxide extract of the black bitter pepper. The obtained mixture is packed into the aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: tinned food for space feeding has increased assimilability in comparison with analogous dish.
