FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method of moisture removal in vacuum includes creation of underpressure in evaporator of approximately 0.1-10 Pa, raw product heating, removal and condensation of moisture, and raw product mixing. In case of foam generation level of foam is monitored in evaporator. If there is threat of foam ingress in steam line, pump is disconnected from vacuum system and heating is switched off. After foam generation is suppressed, pump is connected again, if necessary, operations of pump connection and disconnection are repeated until stable mode of boiling is achieved. Then heating is switched on and heating capacity is monitored, by controlling temperature in evaporator.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of moisture removal from raw product.
