FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry devices and namely to procedure of concentration of liquid food products and obtaining dry food products. Method of removing moisture in vacuum from agricultural raw material includes creation of negative pressure of 0.1-10 Pa, raw material heating, in case of foam formation - control of foam level, in case of hazard of foam penetration into steam pipeline - heating is switched off and pressure is controlled in evaporator by pump disconnection and connection till there is steady evaporation mode, after foam formation is suppressed: heating capacity is switched on and controlled, temperature is controlled in evaporator and raw material is mixed. At raw material warming stage the working liquid temperature twl is controlled in evaporator jacket, when working liquid temperature reaches the value of maximum allowable raw material temperature trm.max, heating is switched off after working liquid temperature passes the local maximum and is decreased to twl = 1.1 trm.max. Heating is switched on, thus switching the heating off and on, working liquid temperature is kept within 1.2 trm.max ≤ twl ≤ 1.4 trw.max till there is steady evaporation mode.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency.
