VENTILATED SHOES (VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A43B7/06

Abstract RU 2328194 C1

FIELD: personal and household goods.

SUBSTANCE: ventilated shoes as per variant 1 consist of the preparation of a top with a sole, inner sole, made from an elastic material, and a system of inlet valves. Thus the inner sole is tightly connected on the perimeter with the sole and has perforation holes. The system of inlet valves is achieved by attaching to the inner sole, below the valvular layer valves which cover from below the perforation hole of the inner sole. At the same time the space between the inner sole and the sole is filled with a damping element which is attached to the sole, and for getting rid of moist air from this space the shoe contains an outflow valve with a vent. The outflow valve can be located at the nonload carrying area of the arch of the foot with a hole in the sole or on the sides - at the place the inner sole and the sole are joined. Ventilated shoes as per variant 2 consist of the preparation of a top with a sole, inner sole, made from an elastic material, and a system of inlet valves. Thus the inner sole is tightly connected on the perimeter with the sole and has perforation holes in the form of grooves with trapezoidal cross section forming inlet valves. The angle, formed straight, on which lie the lateral faces of the trapezoidal section, equals 10-20 degrees, and the bases of this trapeze are formed by the surfaces of the inner sole. The inclination of the bisector of the angle relative to the height of the trapeze equals 30-60 degrees. Thus the space between the inner sole and the sole is filled with a damping element which is attached to the sole, and for getting rid of moist air from this space the shoe contains an outflow valve with a vent. The outflow valve can be located at the nonload carrying area of the arch of the foot with a hole in the sole or on the sides - at the place the inner sole and the sole are joined. The outflow valve can be located at the non load carrying area pf the arch of the foot to the hole of the lower layer or on the sides - at the place the upper and lower layers are joined.

EFFECT: simplification of the design of ventilated shoes and increase of operational properties.
