FIELD: household goods and personal effects.
SUBSTANCE: foot ware with forced ventilation is referred to foot ware branch of light industry and, particularly to production of foot wear ensuring ventilation of plantar part of footstep. According to invention footwear design may be used for production of lady`s and men`s shoes at medium heels. Footwear includes top, fashioned insole including heel with hollow inside (blind holes). From the heel side not engaged in walking, pneumatic pump is installed into heel hollow. Pump is closed up with disc cut out in plate. At the bottom, pneumatic pump rests on bottom surface of heel hollow, whereas its cylindrical part contacts with side surface of heel hollow. Pneumatic pump contains hollow cylinder where upper piston is inserted and linked with lower piston by piston rod. There is a rigidly fixed disc with through hole having piston rod passed through. By its bottom surface, piston rests against spring. So three chambers are formed in cylinder hollow and linked with environment and sole by air ducts and through valves. The top chamber is between upper piston and disc, medium chamber is between disc and lower piston and bottom chamber is between lower piston and cylinder bottom. Channels of air distribution system are made in sole. Holes in bypass lines are located directly under corresponding holes made in main sole and plate of foot wear. In the phase of front push while resting on heel, pistons extrude air from chambers to distribution system and then, to plantar part of footstep. During rear push, air is pumped from environment into corresponding chambers. Medium chamber air moves in antiphase. So foot step is blown around, released sweat is evaporated and foot step is cooled. Air ducts distribution system provides channels to foot step parts experiencing the greatest contact pressures.
EFFECT: sufficient air amount for ventilation and sweat drying-out during walking.
