SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a shoe amortizing element that consists of identical in form but differently sized connecting sleeves disposed coaxially on the upper and lower surfaces of the cushioning member, the upper connecting bushings being smaller in size than the lower ones to form a gas-tight chamber in the space between them when loaded, the connecting bushings in their base are provided with permanent magnets so that their like poles are directed towards each other.

EFFECT: technical result is providing amortization.
