FIELD: textile.
SUBSTANCE: non-woven material includes first composite layer containing ca. 50 to 90 mass % of non-thermoplastic absorbing staple fiber and ca. 10 to 50 mass % of thermoplastic fiber, in which non-thermoplastic absorbing staple fiber prevails at the first outer surface of the first composite layer. And thermoplastic fiber prevails at the second outer surface of the first composite layer. Non-woven material includes also a second composite layer containing ca. 50 to 90 mass % of non-thermoplastic absorbing staple fiber and ca. 10 to 50 mass % of thermoplastic fiber. Non-thermoplastic absorbing staple fiber prevails at the first outer surface of the second composite layer, and thermoplastic fiber prevails at the second outer surface of the second composite layer. Besides, second outer surface of the second composite layer is adjacent to the said outer surface of the first composite layer. In addition, non-woven material has joint areas where thermoplastic fiber site of the first composite layer is molten together with the thermoplastic fiber site of the second composite layer. The said joint areas of non-woven material contain a lot of continuous voids.
EFFECT: manufacturing of cheap non-woven material for absorbent pads with improved textile and absorbing properties.
