SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the field of heating and ventilation of light vehicle passenger saloons equipped with the internal noise reduction means. The system includes the ventilator frame with the vane driven by the electric motor, the ventilator frame output window connected with the heater frame with an air duct, the lead-in and lead-out channels, the heat exchanger and the control valves. The control valves include the rotation axle and the main frame with flat-sheet sound-absorbing lining affixed to it. The main frame of the control valve comprises a punched or gauzy item with the punch quotient of where S_pun - total area of the punch-hole projection to the main frame surface plane, S_tr - the area of the main frame front surface. The front surface of the control valve flat-sheet sound-absorbing lining is plated with sound-transparent water-and-gas-proof film or fabric with a glue or thermal adhesive layer.

EFFECT: enhancement of the heating and ventilation system customer and operation properties with regard to the acoustic comfort in the light vehicle passenger saloon.
