FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of mechanical engineering and is represented by the unit design that is used in noiseful transportation vehicles and in noisy machine rooms of the stationary electric power installations and in other pertinent arts where the problem of noise production is of current interest. The differential peculiarity consists in the following: the shell structure is pierced, the internal cavity of the shell is filled with shatter separated shredded acoustic dissipation elements of arbitrary geometrical shape with air gaps. The overall dimensions of these elements vary mainly in the range of 10...50 mm. The isolated shredded acoustic dissipation elements are recycled products of the void structure referring to the parts of vehicle noise insulation packages that finished their life cycle, or similar dated noise-attenuating parts of the noise insulation packages that are used in noiseful electric power installations and technological equipment, noise-attenuating building constructions, or technical wastes and faulty products of porous noise-attenuating materials and part made from them. The internal and/or external surface of the pierced shell walls is lined up with at least one layer of the protective gas and water proof, sound transparent film. The isolated shredded noise-attenuating elements located in the internal cavity of the structural sound transparent shell are previously placed in separate pressurized modules (bags) made of sound transparent film or fabric.
EFFECT: decrease in the amount of polymeric noise-attenuating substances that have served their time and are subject to ground disposal.
