SUBSTANCE: compound cloth can be applied in paper industry and consists of a first layer with interlaced threads lined along the stream of paper machine and threads lined across the stream of paper machine, and a second layer with interlaced threads lined along the stream of paper machine and threads lined across the stream of paper machine. The first and second layers are interlaced by multiple tying threads of the first type, each of which has two tying threads. The first and second tying threads of at least one couple are interlaced with the first and second layers, so that they both pass over at least one thread of the first layer outer surface.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance.
