FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: turbulent distributing dryer includes cylindrical drying chamber with nozzles arranged in chord to supply heated gases. Nozzle axes describe tangent to imaginary circle. Dryer also includes sprinkler installed along chamber axis. Besides, dryer is represented with two, sequentially connected cylinders of different diameters. The smallest diameter is 1.0...1.5 of the above imaginary circle diameter. At least, two slotted nozzles are provided for dryer, which are installed on the internal wall of the largest cylinder. Nozzles are located in manifolds connected with manifold for heated gas supply by means of pipelines. Nozzles are directed along tangent to large cylinder circle in the point of manifold contact with internal wall of large cylinder. In addition, two perforated lattices are provided for large dryer cylinder. Passive nozzle is situated between two lattices and lattices are located respectively from the top and from the bottom of manifolds with slotted nozzles. Suction system is represented with perforated visor.
EFFECT: improvement of economy and drying quality by preventing material sticking to chamber walls.
