SUBSTANCE: liquid part of thyroid gland node punctuate is tested for level of oxidative protein modification level by level of carbonyl derivative - neutral aliphatic aldehyde- and ketone-dinitrophenylhydrazons and basic aliphatic aldehyde-dinitrophenylhydrazons. Simultaneously punctuate is analysed for content of lipid peroxidation primary products - diene conjugates (DK) and trienoic conjugates (TC) and terminal Shiff's bases (SB). Total contents indicates whether thyroid gland nodes are functional ("hot") or non-functional ("cold").

EFFECT: method application enables to increase accuracy of thyroid gland functional evaluation.
