FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for estimation of cows milk protein oxidative modification indicators involves determination of carbonylated proteins content, indicators evaluation is carried out by the carbonyl stress intensity factor, which is calculated by the formula: Cs=CKDNPH neutr / CKDNPH base, where CKDNPH neutr is the content of ketone-dinitrophenylhydrazones of neutral character; CKDNPH base is the content of ketone-dinitrophenylhydrazones of basic character, where Cs=1.5-1.9 indicates an early stage of carbonyl stress development in cows; Cs=2.0-3.4 indicates absence of carbonyl stress in clinically healthy cows; Cs=3.5-4.5 indicates a late stage of carbonyl stress development in cows. Calculation of the carbonyl stress intensity factor allows to reveal deep violations of the ratios of neutral and basic amino acid derivatives.
EFFECT: method is simple and economical in implementation, increased informative value of laboratory research.
