SUBSTANCE: fixator of short circuit direction consists of two transmitting devices, every of which contains current transducer, the first element of delay, logical element "AND", power supply source, the second element of delay (slave multi-vibrator) and resistor_; which are accordingly connected between each other, and also receiving device that contains arrester, logical element "NOT", the first element of delay, the first logical element "AND", the first actuating element, resistor, low frequency filter, rejector filter and the second and the third elements of delay (slave multi-vibrators), the second logical element "AND" and the second actuating element, which are accordingly connected between each other.

EFFECT: increase of operation reliability and simplification of device.
