SUBSTANCE: channel of short-term page with minimum coding is established, along which short messages of short-term page are transmitted during one from the set of page time intervals. Short-term page message indicates that request for interfacing has been received and that receiving terminals should process channel of full-term page with high extent of coding, along which more detailed messages of full-term page are transmitted during the next time interval. Terminal monitors the channel of full-term page only after message of short-term page has been accepted in channel of short-term page.
EFFECT: provision of consumed power reduction in duty mode.
