SUBSTANCE: method for producing the tinned food provides the preparation of the recipe components: boiling, peeling and blending the hen's eggs; blanching and blending cucumbers; blanching and blending beetroot and carrot; frosting and blending spring onion and greens; blending the scallop meat. The said components are mixed with the sour cream, drinking water, sugar, sodium chloride and citric acid. The produced mixture is packed into the aluminum tubes at the specified component consumption.
EFFECT: tinned food for space feeding has improved assimilability.
