FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by hen's eggs boiling, peeling and grinding in mincer. Carrots and beetroot are blanched and ground in mincer, potatoes and cucumbers are cut, blanched and ground in mincer. Green onions and parsley are frozen and ground in mincer. Sea scallop meat is ground in mincer. Specified components are mixed with sour cream, drinking water, sugar, table salt, lemon juice and CO2-extract of biomass of preset type of micromycete. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised with certain ratio of components.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
