SUBSTANCE: method for producing the tinned food for the space feeding provides cutting, browning in the melted butter and blending carrots, white roots and onions; blanching and blending potatoes; frosting and chopping sorrel; frosting and chopping nettle; browning the wheat flour; cutting and blending meat; mixing the said components with the bony broth, sodium chloride and the carbon dioxide extracts of the black bitter pepper and the bay leaf. The produced mixture is packed into the aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: tinned food for space feeding has improved assimilability as compared to analogue dish.
