FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing carrots, onions and leek, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes and parsley roots. Then sorrel and greens are frozen and minced, meat is cut and minced, the specified ingredients are mixed with sour cream, bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of black pepper and bay leaf, packing the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this allows manufacturing of new canned food for space meals with higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
