SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of preserved dinner first courses for space meals. Method of preserved food cooking includes carrots, white roots and onions cutting, browning in melted butter and mincer grinding, cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of potatoes, freezing and mincer grinding of sorrel, freezing and chopping of spinach, browning of wheat flour, cutting and mincer grinding of meat, mixing of specified components with meat-and-bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper and bay leaf, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
