SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, medical, clinical and psychological rehabilitation. Before the start of rehabilitation, the patient's indices are determined: chronic fatigue (ICF), subjective comfort (ISC), situational anxiety (IST) and personal anxiety (ILT). If there is the following combination of index values: IHSI values are in the range of 27 points and higher and their severity in the IHMI structure is due to disorders of at least 25% in the emotional-affective and at least 25% in the social sphere and a decrease in motivation; ISC - less than 41 points, as well as ICT - 45 or more points or less than 35 points and / or ILT - 45 or more points or less than 34 points - conduct a 12-day course of clinical and psychological rehabilitation. It includes PEF in the first half of the day in the form of electrical impulses using MindSpa glasses with blue LEDs, the duration of each session is 15 minutes, every day. In the afternoon, a session of rational-emotive psychotherapy (REBT) is conducted using the technique of Socratic dialogue, the duration of the session is 30-40 minutes, every day. With other values of the indicated indices, clinical and psychological rehabilitation for the patient is considered not indicated.

EFFECT: method provides an individual and objective approach to the rapid assessment of psycho-emotional disorders of a post-COVID patient while maintaining the speed of assessment and individualization of the psychophysiological and psychotherapeutic rehabilitation effects, which allows the patient to be transferred to a more acceptable level of the studied psychological scales, determined by the values of the indices of chronic fatigue, anxiety and subjective comfort.
