SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in plastic surgery of humpbacked, curve, curve humpbacked, humpbacked wide, curve wide noses and for opened reposition of unreducible and chronic nose fractures. Nose bones mobilization tool is designed as steel nippers of pivotally connected halves. Each half has branch with working surface and narrowing from working surface to branch junction. Narrowing form spacing between branches for protection of anterior part of nose from damages. Working surfaces of nippers are rough and located angularly for applying to nose bone. Each branch is handled.
EFFECT: median location and external nose narrowing at closed and opened rhinoplasty and nose bone mobilisation through intercartilaginous accesses for cases of unreducible nose fractures till complete consolidation of bone fragments.
