SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to treat patients with fractures of the midface and orbital floor. The following is proposed: a method of repositioning fragments of the zygomaticomaxillary complex in case of a consolidated fracture with displacement, including access through the orbicularis oculi muscle, reduction of fragments to an anatomical position, and fixation of fragments with a plate. After access is made through the orbicularis oculi muscle, an osteotomy of the consolidated fragment is performed; when reducing the fragments to an anatomical position, a fixing bolt is installed, which is a self-tapping titanium screw with a head spaced from the thread, which is screwed into the bone tissue to the depth of the thickness of the fragment, then using a clamp, fixing the head of the bolt-fixator, dislocating movements of the fragment are performed and repositioned to the anatomical position, and the fixation of bone fragments is carried out with a Y-shaped bone plate.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves aesthetic and functional results due to the simultaneous elimination of the defect of displacement of bone fragments and minimally invasive reposition.
