FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical instruments and can be used in rhinoplastic surgery at excision of a nasal hump by a method of the closed rhinoplasty through intercartilaginous cuts. The guiding instrument for endonasal excisions of a nose hump contains a plate with an oval hole for a nasal hump and concavity for a bridge on one of the plate sides. The plate has the handle, an intersection and a prominence for the indicating of horizontal position of the instrument. The intersection is executed for placing to the right of a columella. The instrument allows to make of exact delimitation of a nasal hump for formation of a straight ridge of the nose, to prevent repeated deformations of a nose in the form of a sinking down ridge of the nose or relapse of a nasal hump.
EFFECT: rising of accuracy and efficiency of plastic operation on a nose.
