SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. With the help of a piezo-knife, lateral osteotomy is performed to the level of the medial corner of the eye with a smooth transition to a transverse osteotomy at the root of the nose. On the opposite side of the nose, a symmetrical lateral osteotomy is performed, connecting the incision lines, with the formation of an inverted U-shaped figure. On each side of the nose, an additional osteotomy is performed below the previous one with a continuation upward and medially, forming wedge-shaped sections. The resected wedge-shaped sections of the nasal bones on both sides are removed and placed in a container with saline solution. Next, the septum is resected in the lower parts of the cartilage and bone with exarticulation of the quadrangular cartilage using the Cottle method. Then the internal periosteum and the nasal mucosa are separated. The mobilized part of the bone-cartilaginous pyramid of the nose is pressed into the pyriform aperture. The resected wedge-shaped sections of the nasal bones are removed from a container with saline solution and implanted into the space between the fixed part of the frontal process of the upper jaw and the submerged mobilized part of the bone-cartilaginous pyramid of the nose on both sides.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the aesthetic results of the treatment of severe rhinokyphosis with the desired profile, to reduce the risk of recurrence of kyphosis in the postoperative period.
