SUBSTANCE: symptomatic medicamentous therapy is accompanied with sylvinite speleotherapy microclimate exposure. In addition, general salt baths are applied in set device of volume 100 litres, general mineralisation 40-50 g per litre, water temperature 38-39°C, duration 20-25 minutes, five days on end with break for 6-7 day, therapy course 10-12 procedures. Sylvinite speleotherapy microclimate is appointed of duration 45-60 minutes, by five days on end with break of 6-7 days, course 10-12 procedures. Speleoprocedures are carried out during first half of day and general salt baths - for second half.

EFFECT: decreased medicamentous loading, and partial structural and functional restoration of bronchial tube mucous and clinical-functional parameters.
