SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to restorative treatment, it can be used for the treatment of patients with chronic respiratory diseases outside the acute stage with respiratory failure of 0-1 degree. The method includes the use of halotherapy; the course of treatment includes 10-12 sessions, during which patients are given breathing exercises using the Universal-2011 breathing simulator, gradually increasing the training time from 5 to 30 minutes and the volume of dead space from 300 to 600 ml during the course. Immediately after the respiratory training, haloingalation therapy is performed using the AGT-01 device for 20 minutes.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to improve the drainage function of the lungs and has an anti-inflammatory, desensitizing effect, significantly increases the functional reserves of respiration in a short time, improves blood supply to vital organs by enhancing such effects of halotherapy as activation of metabolism and mucociliary transport, removal of toxins from the body under the influence of preliminary training in conditions of artificially created hypoxia and hypercapnia.
