FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: drive of electrodes vertical displacement consists of screw and split loading nut, which is connected with vertically movable carriage. Carriage is installed on guiding column and is connected with counterbalance via cable-block system. Elastic element in the form of spring provides power locking of split loading nut with screw and latches for its blocking in open condition. Mechanism of loading nut disconnection from screw is made in the form of two hingedly joined levers that are kinematically connected to stems. Stems are installed in guides and are connected with parts of split loading nut with provision of interaction with sliding cone that is connected to double-arm lever end. Lever is installed perpendicularly to the screw and connected to movable carriage via hinge.
EFFECT: device has simplified design with high reliability of its operation and reduction of production net cost.
