SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to enamel compositions, used for coating steel objects. The enamel consists of the following components in the given percentage mass ratios: SiO2 - 40.0-45.0; Al2O3 - 1.0-3.0; B2O3 - 10.0-14.0; CaO - 16.0-20.0; TiO2 - 6.0-10.0; Na2O - 1.5-3.0; Na3AlF6 - 2.0-4.0; ZrO2 - 3.8-4.2; Cr2O3-0.7-1.3; CoO-0.5-1.0; CuO-5.0-6.0.
EFFECT: increased shock resistance of the enamel.
