SUBSTANCE: shaft assembly of the washing machine has a flanged shaft connected with a drum back side to flow the force of the motor to the drum. Between the drum and the flanged shaft, a buffer material is arranged to distribute or absorb loads or vibration passing from the drum to the flanged shaft. The buffer material fills the gap between the drum and the flanged shaft to connect the drum with the flanged shaft. The buffer material presents the material, which at first was in the liquid and then turned to the solid with elasticity during determined time period after the contact with air. In the course of the shaft assembly, the buffer material is placed either on the area of the drum back side corresponding to the adjusting position of the flanged shaft, or on the surface of the flanged shaft contacting with the drum. Then, the flanged shaft is put into the drum. The flanged shaft can incorporate a good feco fans getting out from its central part. In this case, the buffer material is arranged between the washing capacity and at least one of its fans.

EFFECT: decreased flanged shaft damage caused by the applied load.
