FIELD: building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of maintenance works, in particular, to reparation of asphalt concrete coating, and can be used in re-application of asphalt concrete. Asphalt concrete regeneration process includes breaking of ground asphalt concrete. Breakage is carried out in an electro magnetic breaking machine using operating elements in the variable magnetic field with the intensity of 35 to 65 kA and frequency of 35 to 100 Hz. Ratio of the total weight of broken asphalt concrete to the weight of operating elements ranges from 1:3 to 1:15, respectively. In the breaking process, produced mineral powder containing particles of less than 1.0 mm in size is removed. Then, the produced mixture is separated into fractions, into the following compounds of asphalt concrete produced in the breaking machine: chip, sand and mineral particles activated by bitumen in the result of its redistribution from broken asphalt concrete, which are whereto and to which bitumen is added.

EFFECT: optimised process of regeneration of aged asphalt concrete.
