FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: multiple instant shots of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) are collected from a well shaft, indicating changes in a geological bed and determining data of nuclear magnetic resonance. They also perform identification of multiple fluids in a geological bed on the basis of data of nuclear magnetic resonance, determine appropriate signatures of nuclear magnetic resonance for identified fluids on the basis of nuclear magnetic resonance data, determine apparent volumes for identified fluids on the basis of signatures of nuclear magnetic resonance and determine corrected volumes for identified fluids on the basis of apparent volumes.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and validity during determination of bed component characteristics.
