FIELD: food products, dairy industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dairy industry, namely to fermented milk products and fermented milk products manufacturing technologies. Fermented milk product contains oat flakes, thermophilic streptococci pure cultures, concentrate of live bifidus bacteria "Biovestin" and/or "Biovestin Lakto" with initial titre of 108-109CFU/mL, cow milk. The product can be manufactured by two-variants-method. According to the first variant standardized milk is mixed with oat flakes so that standardized mix is obtained. The standardised mix is homogenised and pasteurised, then it is cooled down to souring temperature, ferment of thermophilic streptococci pure cultures is added and the mix is fermented. Afterwards the obtained mix is cooled and concentrate of live bifidus bacteria "Biovestin" and/or "Biovestin Lakto" is added. According to the second variant standardised milk is mixed with oat flakes, the standardised mix is homogenised and pasteurised. Then the obtained mix is cooled down to souring temperature, ferment of thermophilic streptococci pure cultures is added together with concentrate of live bifidus bacteria "Biovestin" and/or "Biovestin Lakto". The invention allows expanding range of dietary fermented milk products, creating fermented milk product, which does not cause allergic reactions and has well-balanced taste, high nutritional value and high prophylactic properties.

EFFECT: manufacturing of antiallergic fermented milk product with balanced taste and high nutritional value.
