FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing fish-and-vegetable canned food. The cans are manufactured by cutting and blanching onion and celeriac, freezing and chopping spinage and parsley, chervil and basilica, blanching and grating garlic, grating salted herring fillet, mincing caper. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with dry white wine, lemon juice, table salt, bay leaf, black pepper and mustard. Salmonid fishes fillet is cut. Salmonid fishes fillet, the obtained mix and melted butter are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
