FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipe transport, in particular, to devices designed to clear pipeline inner surface of asphalt-resinous and mud-wax accumulation, anti-rust protection and to remove whatever foreign particles and the product from the pipeline. The device incorporates a casing furnished with barrel cuffs made from dielectric material with their inner and outer surfaces accommodating dispensable plates made from a material allowing water electrolysis in a steel pipeline, for example, magnesium. The spaces between the cuffs are filled with mineralised water.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of clearing, prevention of fatigue and corrosion wear.
