FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to pipeline transportation and is designed for cleaning the internal surfaces of commercial purpose pipes from asphalt and wax-bearing deposits in oil pipelines. The casing consists of at least two pipes, with cuffs on the front and rear parts. There are cuffs between the pipes. On the front part of the casing there is a valve in the form of a flange, fixed with bolts on which there are springs. The ends of the bolts are inter-connected to each other by semi-rings and each bolt is fastened with nuts. A flange is used as the spill valve. Both ends of the device have loops for its transportation and hoisting. One of the loops is on the valve.
EFFECT: device increases operation dependability and decontamination efficiency.
