FIELD: universal testing instruments.
SUBSTANCE: stand consists of a fixed base with symmetric testing units being mounted thereto and connected between each other by an intermediate shaft that ensures synchronisation. Each testing unit comprises a loading device, being controlled by a control unit and comprising a disc brake and a flywheel both rotating on a driven shaft, wherein the flywheel is selected so that its kinetic energy is equal to half the vehicle kinetic energy. One end of the driven shaft is connected to a double universal joint and the other one - via an additional gear to the intermediate shaft. The double universal joint consists of two half couplings and it is attached by its free end to a wheel hub of the vehicle driving axle.
EFFECT: providing maximally close to reality test conditions.
